The Commercial Proposals Masterclass provides participants with a solid understanding of commercial proposal development. For those who are new to working on commercial proposals, this workshop will provide a solid foundation upon which to build their knowledge and skills. For those with some experience working on proposals, and especially for those who are considering seeking APMP Foundation level certification, the workshop will provide a good refresh of their knowledge of commercial proposal development

This one-day, intensive, interactive, experientially based workshop will cover all of the basics of commercial proposal development. Topics will include where and how proposals fit in the overall selling cycle, what constitutes a high-impact, high-quality proposal, what resources are required and what are the roles and responsibilities of those typically involved and so much more. Participants will have chance to learn, discuss and explore all of the phases of commercial proposal development, from pre-proposal to post proposal activities.
